The Platform caters to a diverse user base by offering registration options for three primary user types:

Valufy recognizes the importance of accessibility and offers a free model that allows users to sign up for the Platform free of charge and explore its core functionalities. The Free Plan serves as a valuable entry point for users who are new to online valuation tools or the investment environment.
While Free Plan users can access the Platform and explore its basic features, certain functionalities are restricted compared to pro plans. For instance, Free Plan users can add their startups but cannot access the modules required for valuation and scoring.
When a paid subscription expires, your access to the Platform will not be fully revoked. Instead, your access will revert to the Free Plan, which includes limited features and functionalities. This ensures that users can continue to access the Platform and explore its basic tools even after their subscription ends. To regain access to the full features of your previous plan, you will need to renew your subscription. Valufy values its users and strives to offer a seamless experience even after a subscription has expired.
The Platform and all information and content provided therein are offered "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Valufy disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.
Valufy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the accuracy of any information obtained through the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valufy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or personal injury.
Valufy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Platform.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
These Terms of Use and The Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Valufy regarding your access to and use of the Platform. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Valufy offers a Free Plan that allows users to explore the basic functionalities of the Platform without charge. However, all paid subscription plans are currently non-refundable.
